  Did your download fail?  Here is what to do:

1)  Login  to your private Web Vault using the user name and password you used to register.  

2) In the “Vault Management” area, select “Download Zendit." After a few seconds an install button should appear.

Note: You may be prompted to download an “Install Shield Control." If so, select yes.

3) Select the install button and follow the installation steps.
